Centro lettings were instrumental in my flat hunting in Mitcham.
I gave other letting agencies my details … More and anticipated for four months that they would match me with the right property. But I was wrong.
I found a flat that was way beyond my budget and called Centro lettings to make enquiries. The famous Reece (as the name appeared in many reviews) was the one that picked up my call. He was patient in discussing with me on the phone, and he provided me with an alternative flat within the same postcode that matched my budget.
Completing the paperwork was swift because I was in covid isolation and had spare time. I must have called every day to chase the paperwork etc. Within a week, the whole paper week was completed, and I was looking forward to living in the flat.
Centro lettings, like other agencies in London, appears to be a busy one. But they are swift in their responses and more professional than any other agents with the South
